Hoot

Hoot is about a boy named Roy who one day (while he was having his face squished against the window of the bus) saw a boy running as fast as he could down the street. From that moment on Roy couldn't stop thinking about the boy. Something about the boy's expression was mysterious and determined.

My favorite part of the book was when Roy let the running boy use his name and personal information to receive care from the hospital.

I give this book 4 stars and recommend it to other people.

Yes, Hoot is a very fine book. I found it quite thought provoking as well as entertaining.

My favorite part was when the windows on the car got painted black while the man was supposed to be keeping watch.

It is certainly deserving of the Newberry honor status.

Have you read more by Carl Hiaasan?
